Evi Vergi is a psychologist and existential-systemic psychotherapist, born and raised in Athens, Greece. In 2007 she graduated from the Department of Psychology of Panteion University, Athens, and in 2009 she acquired her Post-graduate degree on the “Psychology of Child Development” by the University of Central Lancashire. She was trained as an existential-systemic therapist at the “Therapeutic and Training Institute Antistixi”. In addition to that, she keeps updating both her knowledge and skills through participating in various seminars and trainings. From 2009 until 2012 she worked as a volunteer psychologist at the psychological department of the Children’s General Hospital of Penteli, Athens, whilst from 2014 until now she voluntarily works as a therapist at the “Department of Adolescents’ Therapy” of the Children’s Mental Health Care Center of PEDY, Athens. During the years 2010-2018 she was working as a scientific collaborator at many private “special therapies’ centers”, offering clinical services (child, adolescent and adult psychotherapy, parental counseling). From 2016 she works as a psychotherapist at her private practice while from March 2019 she is a scientific collaborator of the “Therapeutic and Training Institute Antistixi”.
