Against oneself:
Every time I live in fear.
Every time I refuse love.
Every time I don't see the continuation of my life.
Every time I don't see the other person as a whole.
Every time I sink with pleasure into pain.
Every time I meet others in darkness and sadness.
Every time the difficulty of today predetermines the future.
Every time I refuse to open myself to new paths.
Every time I refuse contact with my roots.
Every time I enter into the painful comparison.
Every time I underestimate my strength.
Every time I don't connect things together.
Every time I don't learn from my mistakes or my victories.
Excess:
All those small victories against the dysfunctional familiar, but also my beautiful big defeats, which I allow to teach me.
Every time I record the positive things I experience.
Every time I live the present, the celebration, the love.
Every time I take my place, I don't give up what belongs to me, but I also don't claim what doesn't belong to me.
Every time I leave room for hope even if there are no guarantees.
Every time I give value to all things in life.
