Kostas Makris is a psychologist and existential-systemic psychotherapist. He studied Psychology at Panteion University while completing his post-graduate studies in the field of Mental Health Promotion and Prevention of Psychiatric Disorders at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Subsequently, he trained as a psychotherapist in the existential-systemic approach studying at the Antistixis Institute. At the same time, he has volunteered with the Department
Adolescents of the Child Mental Health Center of Athens and with the Community Mental Health Center of Byron-Caesariani conducting psychotherapeutic sessions with
teenagers, adults as well as parent counseling. During this time he works as a psychologist-systemic psychotherapist in his private office while at the same time
scientific associate at the Mobile Unit of the NE Cyclades of the Greek Academy of Sciences. and at the Therapeutic and Educational Institute of Existential Systemic approach "Antistixi".
